Paneer kadhai

                Ingredients   

  •       Cottage cheese/paneer cubed   -250gm  
  •       Tomatoes,chopped   -4
  •       Capsicum -4
  •       Green chillies,chopped -1-2
  •       Onion,chopped   -4            
  •       Cinnamon   -2 inch pieces
  •       Butter    -4tbsp
  •       Bay leaf     -2
  •       Dried red chillies   -1
  •       Roasted coriander seeds,crushed  -1tbsp
  •       Ginger paste  -1tsp
  •       Garlic paste  -1tsp
  •       Coriander powder  -1/2tsp
  •       Red chilli powder   -1/2tsp
  •       Salt    -to taste
  •       Kasoori methi,crushed  -2tsp
  •        Black pepper   -3-4

                 Method

                                        In a kadhai heat butter. Add bay leaves,cinnamon,red chillies,cloves, black pepper and half roasted crushed coriander seeds. Saute it for half a minute.Put onion and saute it for a minute.Put tomatoes and ginger and garlic paste. Saute it till the raw smell disappear.Add coriander powder,red chilli powder.Cook over high heat till the oil leaves the masala.Add capsicum  and green chillies and saute it for 5-6 mins.Add cottage cheese/paneer and salt and cook it for 5 mins in masala.Add kasoori methi and half cup of  water.Cover it and cook over low heat for few mins.put the remaining crushed roasted coriander seeds.
                                     Serve hot with chapati or paranthas or naans.
